Section 136

If the parties settle on a date, the court shall assign a date of the same day to both parties.
(2) After the filing of the complaint, the court shall estimate the deadline for filing the counter-answer to the defendant and determine the cut-off date for filing the counter-answer.
(3) If the date set according to sub-section (2) does not coincide with the day on which the respondent submits the reply, the subsequent date shall be set on the same day for both the respondent and the respondent.
